Gigi, no I have never heard of that company Maryland china I will have to look and see what they have.Thank-you for that. I am wanting to make my linen closet so it has class doors so I can see all the pretty linens just by walking by.You will have to share a picture of your colletion of white pitcher. Thank-you for stopping by.
Ginger I collect angels. I just love them. My oldest boy has gotten me angels from Peru, and from Chili. Then he usually gets me some to hang on my tree and put outside in the garden.
Jackie I love angels. How nice of your son to buy you angels from different places.I bet they look so pretty in your garden.MY neighbor collects them and I just love looking at them when I visit her.
Hi Ginger, I really love your white pitchers. I have lately become addicted to teapots! I really need to stay away from flea markets and eBay! The rug you showed is pretty. I have a rug I really love, but don't put it down as my cat likes to scratch his claws on it:( I also have lots of old linens that I inherited from both of my grandmas. I just love all the embroidery and tatting, etc. That people did on them. I don't know why we don't care more about that sort of thing now-days. I know that when I make kitchen towels, I don't even consider doing embroidery on them--I just assumed that they will get ruined. Have a great day!
Ginger...your white pitchers are lovely! I collect soo many things it's ridiculous. But my fav things are still my vintage jadeite collection, 40's printed tablecloths & vintage ephemera!
Have a wonderful day...
Priscilla
Hi Ginger, I collect chintz china, buttons, heart shaped rocks, shells, cookie cutter, dishes and anything linen or lace!
Your kitchen cabinets are really pretty! You asked about my kitchen...there is a reason you haven't seen any pictures of it on my blog. It's not very pretty. I'm going to be working on that soon though.
I love your white pitchers. They look beautiful against the darker wood of the cabinets.
I collect a few things. My biggest collection is my Longaberger baskets. I also like to collect old Pyrex and Fire King dishes.
I like Polish Pottery and have some pieces of that too.
Hi Ginger,
I thought about glass doors! I think those would look great! The sign above my stove is a chalkboard I made from an old silver tray. It was on my blog on August 13th.
I also collect jugs. I have one cream pitcher. The rest are mainly fruit motif or shape, such as pineapple, lemon, etc.
For vintage linens I collect crochet, embroidered or lace doilies, hankies and table runners.
