Yes! One way I focus on Jesus is to give thanks to Him...when I go to bed at night worries can swirl around in my head. I have the habit now of falling asleep listing the things I am thankful for that occured that day. It has helped me to sleep better too...

FOCUS. That's the key. And you have chosen good things to focus on and to center you in on the Lord.
