The house across the street from us went into foreclosure, and it just sold about 3 week ago. The couple has already moved in and they already have a painter painting the outside. It is so nice to see someone have a passion for their home in our neighborhood. She likes the Mediterranean look so the color is very bold, but I think once she puts up her accents colors it will look good. (Fingers cross) This is a before picture, the painter already painted the sides and the back so when they are done I will post before and after pictures. She is such a nice lady and we have talked more in the 3 weeks that they have lived here than I have talked to some of our other neighbors in the past 19 years.
