Psalm 25:4-7
"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old. Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O LORD."
Each year I look back and try to remember all the paths that I was on. Some I want to be on again and some I choose not to. All that matters is that the Lord will be with me and guide me on the right path, thank-you Jesus!
I have two goals that I will have this coming year one is Spiritual and one is financial. What I like about having a goal is to see how the Lord works in my life to accomplish it, to see what prayers will be needed and to see how much discipline is needed and to see just what am I willing to sacrifice for these goals. I have no room to be selfish on either one of these goal.

Here is a story I wanted to share with you, it put a smile on my face.
I was talking to a man and his daughter this past week at work, the daughter may have been about 14 years old. The father started to tell me what she wanted for Christmas and as he was telling me he had some tears in his eyes. He said instead of having Christmas gifts she wanted to use that money to feed the homeless. This father was so proud of his daughter for being so generous and he had every right to be. This is a time of year when we hear some touching stories of people helping people. We hear so many bad things all the time that it's nice to hear some good.

Blue Monday
I've never posted on Blue Monday before because for the most obvious reason I don't have anything blue. But I felt like I was missing out on the biggest meme in blog land. So this is what I did. I love cottages and gardens so I found some picture from on line to share that just touched my heart. Remember these are not my photos. I guess next time I go shopping I will have Blue Monday in mind :).

I don't know if you remember a blogger who has posted here on Spiritual Sunday before her name is Ashley, she is a young woman who has ovarian cancer. She is in Houston and has been there a few weeks now, she is having a Stem Cell transplant. I thought that instead of leaving me a comment today if you would stop by her blog and leave her a small comment. She is still blogging and giving updates almost daily. Her mom will take over her blog when she has bad days. I know that Stem Cell transplants are very controversial, I know there are different kinds also, but most important I think that she would love to know she is in our prayers. Have you been to this new store call Tai Pan Trading? It is such a wonderful store. I spent 3 hours there when I went a couple of weeks ago, I loved it. They are very~very~reasonable. They have the whole store full of Christmas things,
it was beautiful. You should see if there's a store in your area I highly recommend it. OH~~did I mention they have kitchenwares(that's my favorite) and garden things (that's my favorite too.) It was all so beautiful and I had a fun day spending it with my neighbor that move. I hope that you find a store close to you.

We are having our 3 grandchildren this weekend so it may be late Sunday before I get a chance to read all of your wonderful post. It's hard to have the 3 little ones and blog, they just don't go together, I've tried :).

Have you ever been to the grocery store and your waiting in line to check out but there seems to be a problem? The person in the front of the line is standing there waiting for the cashier to finish with the order, once the cashier is done the customer gets out her purse, looks for her check book, and then ask for a pin. Well I often wonder why aren't they ready, they know they have to pay their bill, they know it's the only way they will be able to go home is by paying there bill, but they were not ready. We know that Jesus is coming again
because the Bible tells us. Are you ready? Do you want to go home? Or are you going to wait until there is no more time left?
Matthew 24:42 "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come."
Acts 3:19-21 Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, and that he may send the Christ, who has been appointed for you - even Jesus. He must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.

I have noticed that so many blogs had such pretty fonts, I thought to myself that would be nice to have. So I tried and tried to figure it out all by my big girl self. I had lots of problems and then BEHOLD I came across the cutest fonts on the block It was easy it just took about 2 minutes out of my time. I just wanted to share this with you today . Although the font was small I changed it to 20px instead of 15. Let me know if you like this link as much as I did.
I was so excited to receive some laundry soap in the mail that I ordered from Carrie at Under The Willow It is such a beautiful fragrance I love it. You don't even need a fabric soften with her laundry soap that's how wonderful it is, it even made the laundry room smell wonderful. I also bought some home made hand soap, that's just as beautiful as it is wonderful. I just love having hand made soaps in a pretty little bowl in our restroom. You can also go to her esty shop here Her blog has a lot of information so make sure you stop by and see what's new, it would make a wonderful Christmas gift also.

When things don't go as smooth as normal, or you worry more than normal. When I open my Bible and have a devotional my days go smoother. I'm not so quick to judge, or be angry or even worry. Why is it that I choose to be SO BUSY that I don't find time to open my Bible everyday. I start to feel spiritually dehydrated after a few days. I have a strong prayer life, but I need to have a strong walk with God and that involves having time in his word along with my prayer life, they just go together.

This is my first White Wednesday that I am participating in, since white is my favorite color I thought I would join in on the fun. On my side bar just click on White Wednesday and you can visit many more blogs that are doing this fun tribute on white.
First I want to say how much I love white shutters and I use to have them on this window before we did our kitchen renovation. The window size changed so for now I put up some white lace curtains. My favorite thing is when the wind blows the curtains, I think it is so beautiful and serene and then the wind blows my little wind chime that is right by the window. Well I have decided not to put shutters in this window because of the joy I get wind the wind blows
Here is a picture of a white pot that I love. It has chips on it and thats why I love it so much because of the imperfection of it.
