Jesus loved his mom and wanted to make sure that she would be taken care of before he died.

John 19:26-27 When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” (27) Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.
I hope that all you mom's have a wonderful day with all your families. Please visit Spiritual Sundays there are so many great post to read. They may help in your path to learn more about our Lord.
God Bless,
Ginger

Beautiful uplifting post for Mother's Day! I thought of posting about this too. I heard Dennis Swanberg on the radio and he was talking about his own mama and he inspired me, as he always does. I wish you a beautiful Mother's Day weekend and thank you so much for sharing Our Lord and His precious Mother. Love and Hugs Anne

Beautiful post for Mother's Day. Mary must have been the perfect ideal mother. I love that Jesus was concerned with her being taken care of before he died.
Have a wonderful Mother's Day.

This is arguably one of the most beautiful truths in the life and death of Jesus! As a mom, I think so anyway...
