I love how you came up with the name. It means something that you love, and it's easy to grow/build on that. Enchanting Cottage...it really does sound so...well "Enchanting."

My blog name~ Over twenty years ago, my husband and I planted a little stick of a Willow tree on our property. We dreamed of the day our "grandchildren" would be able to climb it. Little did we know then that the tree grew fast, just like our children, and it was our own children that would play & climb on the Willow tree. Years later, knowing I always wanted to own my own business it just seemed a perfect fit. Under the Willow....

Hi Ginger, Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I love "having company." I have only been blogging since the first week in May. My daughter and I sat on her deck and started listing names - crazy ones and otherwise! We laughed and had a good time and she remembered that under my Yearbook picture was this couplet,"The rose has but a summer's reign, the daisy never dies." We tossed it around and came up with "The Daisy Chain!"
I wrote about it in my second or third post!

Hi Ginger, I have been so busy at church and in the yard that I haven't had time to visit. I am glad that today is the day I paid my first call in a while.

My blog name came from the license plates we have in Saskatchewan. We are so flat that all you see is sky and farmers fields. It is said that we have some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in Canada. Don't really know if that is true but I love the openness of our prairies.

God bless.

Great name and great pictures. Wow! Wow! Wow! Do you know how I chose the name for my blog? I was toying with several ideas but didn't really like any of them. My Hubby suggested how about At Home in Scottsdale. I liked it and went with it.

Charlotte, I think your blog name is perfect! It is not very likely that someone else will use that name. I have notice a couple like mine (SO SAD)

I love knowing that you truly love enchanting cottages!

Lavender Hill Studio, came from the name of my Website, www.lavenderhillstudio.com where I sell my mosaics and vintage teacup chandeliers.

I came up with the name, because I love lavender. We have it growing all around outside. And we live on a mountain. And I have my studio in my home. But Lavender Mountain Studio, just didn't sound right.... So it became Lavender Hill Studio.

Hey Ginger, we just came over via BJ's blog & thought we'd share....
The Summer Kitchen Interiors is our store name (pretty boring, we know) However, our store at one time, use to be an old Summer Kitchen off of our parents home. It is where Karrie first started her floral shop when she got back from school. About four years later, she grew out of it, we built the exisiting location right behind the original, and I joined in - and here we are - Glad to be in blogland meeting such wonderful people!!
Love your Enchanting Cottage name - it caught our eye to check it out - loved the pictures too!!
Smiles,
Karla & Karrie

I had a hard time coming up with a name for my blog…
So many of my idea were already taken….

I just put together a few things that I liked....pink and gate.
At first I was “The PINK Front Gate” but after a while I change my banner and
put “At the pink Gate” I am playing with the idea of changing it again…
Maybe to “Through the Pink Gate”
…..

I really like your blog name...I too love the word Enchanting..

I love how you came up with your blog name. I came up with mine because my home and gardens bring me so much serenity. I knew I'd probably be talking about them a lot. Terrie
